Entities & sectors
The enablement service record with its national figures, the government sectors with their aggregates, and a directory of entity names. The public build shows no service records for a single entity, no entity rankings and no official logos, and publishes a sector’s totals only when it has 10 or more entities with records.

Shows
- The number of government and quasi-government entities in each sector
- Training and consulting totals for a sector only when it has 10 or more entities with records
- A printable brief per sector: record counts and their period, and development domains linked to the consulting record, marked «editorial inference»
Deliberately never shows
- Entity rankings or a «top entities» list
- Training and consulting totals for a sector with fewer than 10 entities with records; they stay within the national totals only
- Percentages, or «needs» attributed to a single entity
Enablement service record
Shows
- National figures: training participation records, consulting services and entities served, each in its own unit
- The yearly training series, consulting by category and pillar, and coverage by region
- The cut-off date and the reconciliation with the program’s live register
Deliberately never shows
- A combined total that mixes different units
- Figures or rankings for a single entity
- An «impact» claim that was never measured
Entity directory
Shows
- Active entities by name, type, sector and region; government and quasi-government entities are selected by default
- Search by Arabic or English name, and filters by type, sector and region
- A page per entity that links to its sector brief
Deliberately never shows
- Official logos
- Service records for a named entity, or labels saying whether it was served
- Private-sector entities
